Join Rural Action and the Beginning Forest Farmers Coalition for an intensive two-day conference on forest farming native, medicinal plants and other Non-Timber Forest Products.
The conference will cover forest farming of native medicinal plants, from propagation to cultivation, harvesting, processing, and marketing.
Participants will learn about a variety of commercially valuable plant species, including ginseng, goldenseal, black cohosh, and ramps in both indoor and outdoor classroom settings.
Registration is open to anyone interested in beginning, maintaining, or expanding a forest farming operation.
