Offering intensive classes can be a great way to build capacity in other producers and share your wealth of knowledge. Presenters will be Karen Kopf of Kopf Canyon Ranch in Idaho and Paul Dorrance of Pastured Providence Farmstead in Ohio. Karen hosts an annual "Goat Academy" conference in conjunction with Palouse Goat Guild at a local fairground and Paul runs a weekend-long "Farm School" every spring.

They will share the challenges, rewards, and lessons lessons they have experienced from their years running successful educational events for farmers. They will also discuss considerations for the registration process, pricing, advertising and promotion, programming, and evaluation.
