Know someone who doesn't eat wheat, or just want to try baking with other grains? Nalnee Khureya of Cake Time will lead a discussion on the simple hows and whys of delicious gluten-free baking. This will be a hands-on workshop: Nalnee will lead participants through the baking of two bread products that can be elaborated with endless possibilities.
All workshops are free for CFI members and $5 for non-members.
