Description
Our 18 acre farm is located in beautiful western Holmes Co. on a hillside. It is a gardening challenge. We practice sustainable agriculture, improving our soil naturally to grow the best vegetables, herbs and fruits without chemicals and sprays. We currently grow on 1 acre and have hoop houses that we use to extend our season by producing early and late greens. Our jam and jelly are made from our no spray fruits, herbs and vegetables. We sell at the Downtown Wooster Farmers' Market June-Oct., the Tuscarawas Valley Farmers' Market, and at Local Roots Market and Cafe in downtown Wooster. We also offer CSA memberships for early spring, winter and main season. The off season CSA's we do in conjunction with another farmer who offers meats and a variety of other things to make a nice share every other week.
