Description
Sourcing and roasting of origin coffees from small farms and co-ops using a small batch process. Our production roastery is in Heath, Ohio and has been certified by OEFFA to roast organic-labeled coffee. We have three retail stores in Columbus where we brew and serve batch and single cup coffees and espresso for retail customers. We also maintain a "cupping lab" onsite for education and training in our Short North Store.
