Description
We are a 92 acre all natural grass-based farm using intensive rotational grazing. We sell our products directly from the farm to local customers and also at The Village Market in Gambier. We are 4 miles from Kenyon College, and we host a for-credit course on sustainable agriculture with Kenyon in which students work weekly on the farm. We are also active in local and national farmland preservation movements, and members of OEFFA and Innovative Farmers of Ohio. Our farm has been designated as part of Ohio's Farmland Preservation Program to continue in agriculture in perpetuity. We welcome visitors who would like to see where their food comes from and how the animals are raised, all naturally, in rotational grazing. We have recently installed a solar system which runs the entire farm and home. "When there's a major Solar Spill, it's called a NICE DAY!"
