Since 2002, we have centered our bakery/cafe/gift shop on local sustainable agriculture grown by our neighbors, and organic and fair trade goods sourced from ethical communities worldwide. We cook with a hand-built wood-fired bread & pizza oven, plus solar power. We're open Wednesdays-Saturdays for in-house & patio dining, plus an online shop strictly for Porch Pickups! We work for: abundance without exploitation, energy without injustice, power without pollution, & good fair food for all!
