We sell frozen bison meat in retail packages, including ground, sausages, hot dogs, steaks, stew meat, roasts, bones, and snack sticks. Pre-order at www.owlcreekbison.com for on-farm pick up. Bison is a delicious and healthy alternative to beef - it is very lean and so lower in calories than beef. Our herd roams freely on our hilly pastures with plenty of trees and shade.
