Some growers save seed for their crops the following year; others
save an abundance to exchange with, or sell to, other growers. Some contract
to grow seeds for seed companies such as Fedco or Seeds of Change. Others
are primarily interested in saving and propagating seeds in an effort
to preserve heirloom varieties that are threatening extinction. If you
